Delivery

We pack each jewellery gift box by hand in Cape Town and deliver within South Africa.

Delivery options

• Standard delivery is included with your Harlan jewellery gift box and takes an estimated 5–7 business days from order confirmation.
• Express delivery is available for R99 extra and takes an estimated 3–5 business days from order confirmation.
• Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays. Delivery times may vary by destination and during busy periods.
• Tracking is sent by email when your parcel is on its way.

Sending a gift

Your jewellery box and optional handwritten note are included. We do not put prices or an invoice in the parcel, so you can send it straight to her. Enter the recipient’s address and correct contact details at checkout.

If your parcel is late

If tracking has not moved for three business days, email matt@harlan.co.za or WhatsApp 076 413 3052 and we will follow up with the courier.

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Getting the address right

Please check your delivery address before paying. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or nobody was available, we can arrange another delivery; a second delivery charge may apply.
